Cathi and Dave took a road trip to spend a week in Palm Springs, California to celebrate their 39th wedding anniversary. On the way to Palm Springs we stopped an played on the Imperial Sand Dunes in California just west Yuma and had a picnic lunch on the shores of the Salton Sea. On the way back to Gulf Breeze we spent several days in Las Vegas and stayed at the Luxor in the pyramid. Cathi really enjoyed seeing Criss Angel’s magic show. We spent two days at the Grand Canyon and stayed in a restored 1940’s motel on Route 66 in Williams, Arizona. The last scenic stop was to see the Meteor Crater in Arizona.
